Enquiry and order agreement
The website form requests a quote. Submitting an enquiry is not a purchase and creates no obligation to pay. We reply in your selected messenger and agree the text or artwork, finish, colour, dimensions, fixing, final price and timing. The order is confirmed separately in correspondence.
Price and payment
Prices are calculated individually in euros. Before payment, we state the total including applicable taxes and agreed delivery. We send the order confirmation, seller details and bank transfer details in a format you can save through your chosen channel. Email can be provided optionally. Production starts after agreement and receipt of payment. The website does not automatically charge you.
Products and artwork
Letters and decorative elements up to 30 cm high are made using layer-by-layer 3D printing. PLA or PETG is used indoors; PETG or ASA can be requested for outdoor use. The smooth coloured face is currently offered for indoor use. Slight layer lines may be visible on the sides. This does not remove requirements for quality and conformity with the agreed order. Website images help illustrate ideas; the final design and colour are agreed before production.
Production and delivery
Production usually takes 1–2 working days. Workload and material availability can extend this; the exact time is confirmed before ordering. Delivery in Lithuania is available via DPD, Omniva, LP EXPRESS, Smartpost and Venipak. Cost depends on rates, size and weight. The address, locker and delivery time are agreed separately. We contact the buyer if there is a delay.
Installation
A free mounting template and 3M VHB double-sided tape can be added on request. The tape is intended for suitable smooth surfaces, including metal and glass. The buyer assesses the surface and chooses a suitable fixing method. Discuss installation with us in advance if unsure. These recommendations do not limit buyer rights relating to product defects or incorrect product information.
Cancellation, defects and complaints
Goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not exclude complaints about defects or non-conformity. Before payment, we clarify whether the item is made to individual specifications. If there is a problem, message us with the order number and description; photos can help us assess it. Rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund apply as provided by law and the circumstances. We reply to written complaints within 14 days. Unresolved disputes can be taken to the competent consumer authority, including VVTAT within its jurisdiction.
