Information collected and purposes
Your enquiry includes the text or idea, product preferences and a WhatsApp or Telegram reply contact. Your name, email, city, comments and artwork are optional. We use these to prepare a quote and take steps at your request before a contract, and to fulfil confirmed orders (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Data needed for mandatory documents is processed under applicable legal obligations.
Recipients
The form is processed through Netlify and sent, including any attached file, to the seller’s work Telegram. We reply through your selected messenger and use email if provided. When arranging delivery, necessary recipient details are shared with the carrier. Enquiries are not published on this website or used for advertising mailings.
Services and international processing
Netlify, Telegram and your selected messenger process information under their own terms and policies. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The specific providers, contractual arrangements and grounds for international transfers must be confirmed in the final version once the seller details have been established.
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are kept while needed to reply, agree and fulfil orders, and handle related complaints. Confirmed order records are retained for periods legally required of the seller. Data must be deleted when no longer needed unless there is a lawful reason to keep it. The seller will confirm the specific retention schedule in the final version.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object where that right applies. Contact the seller using the stated contact details. Personal data requests are normally answered within one month. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority, including VDAI in Lithuania.
Browser and technical data
Language and sketch preferences may be stored in your browser. Our code does not save your contact, lettering text, comments or file to persistent browser storage. Temporary checks and repeat-submission limits protect the form; the hosting service may process technical logs including IP addresses. No advertising trackers or automated decisions about the buyer have been added to this website.
