Fixing
On request, letters can be supplied with 3M VHB double-sided mounting tape. You can also choose another fixing method suitable for your surface.

If using tape, remove its protective backing. Position the letters using the template to keep them aligned and correctly spaced.

Order the letters with or without 3M VHB double-sided mounting tape. The tape is intended for metal, glass and other suitable smooth surfaces. Use another fixing method if the tape is unsuitable for your surface. The buyer assesses the surface condition and chooses an appropriate mounting method.

1What materials and production method are used?
The letters are made from plastic using layer-by-layer 3D printing. PLA or PETG is used indoors. PETG or ASA can be requested for outdoor use, depending on the conditions and requirements of the product.
2How long does production take?
Production usually takes 1–2 working days. The lead time may be longer depending on our current workload and material availability. We will confirm the exact production time in our reply to your enquiry, before you confirm the order.
3How is the order delivered?
Delivery is available through postal and courier services, including DPD, Omniva, LP EXPRESS, Smartpost and Venipak. Delivery is charged at the selected carrier’s rates and depends on the size and weight of the parcel.
4How do I pay?
Once the details and price are agreed, we will send the order confirmation and bank details in your selected messenger, or by email if provided. Payment is made by bank transfer. Production begins after payment has been received.
5What letter sizes can I order?
Letters and decorative elements can be made up to 30 cm high. Available depth and other specifications are agreed individually. Include your preferred dimensions in the enquiry and we will confirm what can be made.
6Which colours are available?
Textured letters are available in black, white and grey. Other colours can be requested separately. For letters with a coloured face, include your preferred colour in the enquiry. We will check availability and let you know in our reply.
7How are the letters installed?
A mounting template can be added to the order to help position the letters accurately and keep the correct spacing. On request, letters can be supplied with 3M VHB double-sided mounting tape. You can also use another fixing method suitable for the installation surface.
8Can I order my own text or logo?
Yes, you can order custom text, individual letters and some decorative elements. Include the text, preferred dimensions and finish details in your enquiry. If you have a logo or artwork ready, attach it or mention it in the comments.
9Can the letters be used outdoors?
Production in PETG or ASA can be requested for outdoor use. The right material depends on the conditions. Please agree on the suitability of the specific product and its fixing method before ordering.
